My wife and I started freeze drying back in the fall 2020 for all our extra farm produce. We soon realized we loved doing it and wanted to share with everyone else. Around the same time we were blessed with our first and only son Theodore, to which was diagnosed with sgbs or Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome a rare genetic disorder. Soon after my wife started having health problems. It caused us to have to take a break, while we tried to figure out what was causing her seizures to no real avail. It caused her to no longer be able to hold a full time job and my self to go part time to care for her and our son.
